OE Solutions is a global supplier of high-performance, cost-effective opto-electronic transceiver solutions for optical communications.

Founded in August 2003 by transceiver experts from Lucent Technologies Bell Laboratories and OE device development/manufacturing engineers from Samsung Electronics, OE Solutions strives for technical excellence while incorporating an extensive "six sigma" quality discipline.

The company has two main locations: one in Gwangju, Korea and the other in Santa Ana, CA. USA. The Korean operation focuses on optoelectronic device development and high volume manufacturing, while the US operation focuses on transceiver design and application engineering as well as marketing and sales.

OE Solutions' mission is "To be the premiere global Opto-electronic module solution provider with high-performance, high-quality cost-effective transceivers for Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs), Gigabit Ethernet Local Area Networks (LANs), Storage Area Networks (SANs) and Passive Optical Networks (PONs) customers."
